Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the documented date of delivery. Prior authorization and an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are strictly mandated.

Eligibility: Items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all factory tags intact. Custom-made/personalized goods, final sale items, and digital products are non-returnable.

Return Shipping: Free prepaid shipping labels ($0.00 cost) are provided if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns due to personal choice or size adjustments are at the customer's expense based on standard carrier market rates.

Cancellations: You can cancel or modify your order for a 100% full refund within a strict 12-hour grace period from purchase. Once this window closes, the order is locked into production and cannot be halted.
