• The upper is made of high-quality fabric and PU leather, which is soft and comfortable while the sole part is made of rubber.

• Thread line is black or white only.
• Each pair of shoes is custom printed, cut, and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams due to the custom nature of the production process!

All shoe for men women products are made to order and proudly printed to the best standards available. They do not include embellishments, such as rhinestones or glitter.

• Handling & Transit: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery transit time of 3–5 business days (Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days).

• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses.

• Shipping Fee: A standard flat-rate fee of $8.95 applies to all orders.

• Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the documented date of delivery. Prior authorization and an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are strictly mandated.

• Eligibility: Items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all factory tags intact. Custom-made/personalized goods, final sale items, and digital products are non-returnable.

• Return Shipping: Free prepaid shipping labels ($0.00 cost) are provided if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns due to personal choice or size adjustments are at the customer's expense based on standard carrier market rates.

• Cancellations: You can cancel or modify your order for a 100% full refund within a strict 12-hour grace period from purchase. Once this window closes, the order is locked into production and cannot be halted.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed and issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days after your returned items pass quality inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Damaged/Defective Remedies: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery (with photo/video proof). Return costs under these conditions are completely free ($0.00).
